The owner of a nail salon in south London has been banned from using cosmetics.
The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has fined Tina’s Nail Salon for misleading customers by falsely claiming they could remove blemishes.
They also said the salon should have used a professional artist instead of a salon worker.
Tina’s is based in the town of St James’s Gardens.
It had been contacted by the Sunday Mirror after a complaint by the Evening Standard newspaper, which had previously published a report about the salon.
